BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ THIS...

Have you chosen Costa Kabrita as your holiday destination? Please read this important information first. Then you can be sure that you know everything there is to know about your booking!

 

CONDITIONS
All conditions apply to all bookings, made directly or indirectly at Costa Kabrita. The prices, dates and times on www.costakabrita.nl are as accurate as possible, but are not binding. Costa Kabrita reserves the right to make changes. When booking you will be informed about the final price. Price changes are reserved. Costa Kabrita is only for recreational purposes, so no permanent residence.

 

FINANCIAL

• If after fixing the agreed price, because of an increase of the expenses on the side of Costa Kabrita, extra costs arise as a result of expenses and/or levies (for example VAT, tourist tax etc.), which directly relate to the holiday accommodation or the holiday maker, they may be passed on by Costa Kabrita to the holiday maker / booker, even after concluding the agreement / making the booking.
• Children up to and including 1 year are free.
• Flats, mobile homes, wine barrels, Finnish kotas, Dome, safari tents and Glamping-Pods prices include water, electricity (with normal use), VAT, bed linen. Cleaning costs are automatically added € 25,00 per stay. Tree-Lodges the same as above, only without bed-linen.
• Camping-person prices include VAT.
• Any discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used if the confirmation/invoice has already been sent by Costa Kabrita.

 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT REGULATIONS

• After booking, you will receive a reservation contract with payment instructions and you will automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
• Reservations for the rental locations (flats, mobile homes, wine barrels, Finnish kotas, domes, mobile homes, safari tents and Glamping-Pods) must be paid at the time of booking.
• Seasonal pitches and longer term bookings (such as pre-season and post-season), must be paid in advance when booking. After that, the instalments are shown on the contract.
• Every single camper has paid everything one day before departure.
• When booking online, it is possible to pay directly via IDeal. 
• Should the holiday maker leave early, the full price of the agreed rate period shall still be due.
• If agreements expire automatically after the expiry of the agreed period.
• Costa Kabrita shall at all times be entitled to cancel the booking agreement with immediate effect, if personal data of you and/or other users are incomplete and/or incorrectly provided upon reservation.
• The entrepreneur, the hirer and other users are not allowed to let the rental locations (flats, mobile homes, wine barrels, Finnish kotas, Dome, tents, safari tents and Glamping-Pods) or camping place be used by others than the persons mentioned in the agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Costa Kabrita.
   

CANCELLATION POLICY
Wij raden je aan gebruik te maken van een annuleringsverzekering.

• In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the starting date, 15% of the price;
• In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the starting date, 50% of the price;
• In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 months before the commencement date, 75% of the price;
• In case of cancellation within 1 month before the commencement date, 90% of the price;
• In case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.

The compensation shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs (5% of the price, with a minimum of € 27,50 and maximum of € 55,00), if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with permission of Costa Kabrita, for the same period or part thereof.

 

RULES OF CONDUCT

• The recreational user, his family members, lodgers, visitors and other users shall abide by the rules of conduct. If the rules of conduct and/or the agreement are not kept, despite warnings, Costa Kabrita has the right to cancel the agreement immediately. The holiday maker has to clean up, take away and leave Costa Kabrita soon. In very urgent cases a warning may be omitted.
• If the recreational user fails to vacate his place, Costa Kabrita shall be entitled to do so at the expense of the holiday maker.

 

DEPARTURE FROM RENTAL LOCATIONS:

• Please leave the location in good condition.
• Good condition" means, among other things, that the bed linen has been removed before departure, the kitchen equipment (including microwave oven, electric cooker, coffee machine, etc.) is clean, the common room (cooker/oven or what you have used) is clean and the rubbish has been taken to the appropriate container.

 

CAMPING PLACE:

• Please leave the camping place in good condition.
• By "good condition" we mean, among other things, that you should leave the pitch tidy before you leave, and not leave any pegs in the ground.
• Please leave the common room (cooker/oven or whatever you used) clean after use.
• Take your rubbish to the designated container. Bulky waste to be taken home

To pay for your booking you will need the following bank details:

Important! Do not forget to include the payment reference with your payment. We need this reference in order to process your payment correctly. If you do not meet the payment conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the booking..

 

Collection costs and settlement of disputes:
If the recreational user remains in default of payment, the collection agency will be called in, if the amount is not paid in time, then during collection an interest rate will be charged on the amount still to be paid.

If you rent our flat or mobile home for a longer time, you have no right to live (so there are no rights of residence), and the renting will always be recreational, so if there is a dispute Costa Kabrita always has the right to evict you and rent it again to others.

On all disputes regarding Camping Dutch law is applicable. Only a Dutch judge is authorized to take cognizance of these disputes.

 

SAFETY AND NOISE STANDARD

• Sound equipment must not be audible outside their own accommodation.
  
• Between 23.00 and 7.00, all our guests are expected to maintain peace. In case of nuisance you may have to leave the premises.

 

PRIVACY
All data you provide to Costa Kabrita will be treated with confidence. Your data will not be given to third parties. Costa Kabrita will do everything in its power to protect your personal information. Your personal data will be used for:
- Our own administration,
- To inform you about changes and important news. 

 

PROMOTIONAL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
By taking a seat on our campsite and coincidentally being on a photo or video, you agree to the publication of this image material, even if he/she is recognisable on the photo.

 

INFORM US OF A CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you move or your address changes, please let us know and we will update your details. You can notify us by phone at 0164-642395. You can also send an e-mail to info@costakabrita.nl. Please mention your name and your old and new address.
